My name is Tamami Ueda, CEO of CHAN-TAMA Co., Ltd.
Our company is based in Osaka, and is still a young company that has just entered its third term.
When I founded the company, I promised myself that I would appreciate people and work hard and earnestly. And I didn't do a job I didn't like just for profit. If I say I won't do a job I don't like, I might be called selfish.
However, it is because I have my own reason that "the first priority is to find the people involved in the work interesting and to be absorbed in it." If you do not make a mistake in that priority, you can naturally bring profits to the company.
Our company does not have a history of making things, nor does it have special technology.
That's why we have to do business that employees can do their best and want to do their best. By doing so, our company has been growing little by little, even in this economic situation, and we are growing spiritually.
I can only say that it is thanks to the companies who have been involved in everything that I have been able to think like this in just two years.
